Ricardo Diaz is a Los Angeles based cinematographer who has shot award winning feature films, documentaries, and commercials all over the world. He holds a B.S. in Film from the University of Texas and an M.F.A. in Cinematography from The American Film Institute Conservatory. His commercial clients include Microsoft Windows, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Quaker Oats, The Boys & Girls Club, SoFi and Proactiv for which he shot their 2017 Super Bowl spot starring Olivia Munn. Narrative feature credits include "First Girl I Loved" (NEXT Audience Award Winner SUNDANCE Film Festival) and “Brian Banks” (Los Angeles Film Festival Best Ficition Film Audience Award). More recently, his drama “The Violent Heart” is wrapping up post and ready to hit the festival circuit. The film, directed by Kerem Sanga, includes a dynamic young cast and stellar producing partners in 3311 Productions, 21 Laps Entertainment, and Endeavor Content.
